On January 17, 2025, the Tri-Agencies released the 2024 MHPAEA Report to Congress, the third annual report detailing the results of reviews and investigations related to 20 non-quantitative treatment limitation (NQTL) comparative analyses and compliance with the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA). The report details continued deficiencies in the comparative analyses provided by health plans, and challenges in obtaining sufficient information to demonstrate compliance.
