Kelly has 30+ years in the Property and Casualty insurance industry which includes agency, underwriting and claims. Prior to joining ER, she worked as a Property and Casualty Claims Director and was responsible for leading claim teams and ensuring proper file handling.

Kelly holds the Market Conduct Management (MCM) designation, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims – Management (AIC-M), and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA). Kelly earned her BS in Business Administration from College of the Ozarks. Kelly is a past president of the Ozarks Chapter of CPCU, and a member of the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES).

Outside of work, Kelly is a member of the Ozarks Greenways whose mission is to build and manage trail systems that connect and enhance communities.
