Rachelle has been in the field of insurance regulation for 20+ years and started her career as a financial examiner with the Texas Department of Insurance in 2001.

Prior to joining ER, she held a managerial position with a top 10 national CPA and consulting firm and performed financial examinations for various state insurance departments and managed examiners that performed reviews of many multi-billion dollar insurance companies.

Rachelle’s responsibilities are the management and oversight of the Financial Examinations, Financial Analysis, and Medical Loss Ratio Divisions within the firm.

Rachelle resides and works in Texas, is a member of SOFE, and was elected to the Board of Governors in 2019.
